You’ll feel right at home the minute you step through our doors. Our friendly reception team provides a warm welcome, and will help you fill out some forms so we understand more about you and your medical history.
This information will help us to personalise your treatment journey.
Your orthodontic assessment
If you opt for a full orthodontic assessment, we will take digital photographs of your smile, x-rays, and 3D impressions as needed.
Our specialist orthodontists will use this information to create a bespoke treatment plan for you. This plan will include the recommended treatment option, length of treatment time, and cost of treatment.
You will have one-on-one time with our specialist orthodontists to discuss your custom treatment, and ask any questions you have about the treatment process.
Your first fitting appointment
Once you decide to begin treatment, we will schedule you in for a fitting appointment to fit your braces or aligners to your teeth. We will also give you our top tips for a successful treatment experience.
