Steve believes that no two smiles are the same — and treatment should reflect that. He is passionate about fully customised orthodontics, integrating advanced technologies such as LightForce 3D custom braces, Spark clear aligners, and Dental Monitoring to deliver tailored, efficient, and highly predictable outcomes.

A strong advocate for continual learning and advancement, Steve is deeply involved in the orthodontic community. He regularly hosts in-practice education programs, welcoming orthodontists to learn firsthand how modern digital systems can be seamlessly integrated into patient care. He also lectures and presents at conferences, sharing his expertise in customised, technology-driven orthodontics.

Steve graduated with an Honours Degree in Dentistry from the University of Sydney before completing his specialist orthodontic training and earning a Master of Science. He has served as President of the NSW Australian Society of Orthodontists (2016–2018) and has been a longstanding board member for nearly two decades, contributing to the progression of the profession. He is also a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.

Deeply connected to the Northern Beaches, Steve and his family are proud to support local schools and community initiatives that promote lifelong oral health. While his children are now older, he remains passionate about educating families on the importance of early orthodontic care.

Outside of the practice, Steve enjoys ocean swims, coastal hikes, and spending time with his family.

My approach to patient care is gentle, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe it’s important that patients feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed at every stage, and I take pride in tailoring treatment to suit each individual.

I have worked across a variety of settings, including metropolitan Adelaide, regional South Australia, and Southern Sydney. I have also volunteered in dental and orthodontic clinics in Cambodia and East Timor. These experiences have broadened my perspective and strengthened my commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. I regularly attend courses and conferences to further develop my skills and stay up to date with the latest advancements in orthodontic treatment and technology.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and immersing myself in different cultures. I also love hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends, often hosting and entertaining at home.
